Shipping & Returns

Baby-Bro use the general postal service to keep shipping costs low.
There are 2 different services NORMAL and PRIORITY.


All packages a sent registered/certificated and the receiver will have to sign for delivery.


Lost packages will be resent. Please let us know by email if the package has not been delivered, please quote your order number and full address and we will replace the package.

Cancellation & Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy:

Prior to Delivery
Contacting our customer services team, quoting your order reference number, by email at orders@baby-bro.com.

After Delivery
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact our customer support team, quoting your order reference number, by email at orders@baby-bro.com and then returning the item to us by post to this address:

Faulty Goods

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
